A green card is a pass to stay permanently in the United States. It is an important document for the immigrant. • You require a commuter class and not a permanent status in the U.S.

• Previous permanent resident card details or other documents like driving license copy.

• Passport copy or any other document which has your name, signature, date of birth and a photograph attached to the document.

• A police report of lost or stolen green card should be submitted if your green card is stolen or lost.

• Proof of last departure from the United States should be shown, boarding pass will be accepted.
